All sales are final. HSK Digital does not offer refunds. This policy explains our no-refund position, along with the cancellation and rescheduling options available to you, for our digital marketing and consulting services.
1. Nature of Our Services
We provide professional services, including consultations, strategy sessions, done-for-you marketing work, and productized advisory offerings. These are services, not physical goods, and work, preparation, or allocation of expert time typically begins immediately upon purchase. Because the value we provide is our time, expertise, and intellectual work, all payments made to HSK Digital are non-refundable.
2. No Refunds
Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, fees for consultations, scans, strategy sessions, project work, retainers, subscriptions, setup and onboarding fees, digital products, and any third-party costs (such as advertising spend, software, or tools) incurred on your behalf. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you are not entitled to a refund.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
While payments are non-refundable, we offer flexibility on scheduling so you do not lose the value you paid for:
- You may reschedule a booked consultation or session at no charge by giving at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be accommodated once, at our discretion, subject to availability.
- If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice (a no-show), the session is treated as delivered and no reschedule or refund is provided. One courtesy reschedule may be offered at our sole discretion.
- For retainer or subscription services, you may cancel future billing by giving 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund fees already paid or work already in progress.
4. Statutory and Payment Protections
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where a service has been paid for but genuinely not delivered by us, or where a transaction is found to be unauthorised or fraudulent, such cases are handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies of our payment gateway, Razorpay.
