All our services and deliverables are digital or service-based. There is no physical shipping, courier, or delivery of goods involved in any purchase. No shipping charges apply to any order.
2. How Services Are Delivered
Services are delivered electronically through one or more of the following methods, depending on the service purchased: email, video call, scheduled consultation, shared documents or files, access to online dashboards or tools, or direct implementation within your marketing accounts and platforms.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Access and scheduling confirmations for consultations and booked sessions are typically sent to your registered email within 24 hours of successful payment.
- Scheduled sessions are delivered at the date and time confirmed at the point of booking.
- For project, retainer, and done-for-you services, delivery timelines and milestones are defined in the specific service description, proposal, or agreement, and delivery is dependent on your timely provision of access, materials, and approvals.
- Digital materials, where included, are made available by email or secure link within the timeframe stated for that service.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order or payment confirmation by email at the address you provided. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@hskdigitalmarketing.com.
5. Delays
Delivery timelines are commercially reasonable estimates. Delays may occur where they depend on your cooperation, third-party platform availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any material delays promptly.
